Kari D. Schneider, CEBSKari is the co-founder of Wrangle. Kari has a business degree from the University of Oregon, and she has the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.
With more than 20 years of broker/consultant experience, Kari has worked in all aspects of employee benefits. She was the top employee benefit producer of new business in 1997 with one of the largest broker/consultants in the country.
Kari has been an advisor, participant, and speaker at national committees and conferences dealing with issues such as Health and Welfare compliance, plan design, financial analysis, and business development.
Prior to founding Wrangle, Kari established and managed the Health and Welfare 5500 filing process for one of the largest broker/consultants in the world. She managed and prepared thousands of 5500's for plan sponsors. Kari has handled very complex filing situations such as DFVC filings, filings for companies experiencing mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, and filings for multiple-employer and trust plans.
Michael is the co-founder of Wrangle. Michael has a business degree from Oregon State University, and he has the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.

recognitions including finishing in the top 5% in new business and winning
